Prowler Sled Day
Turf was damp so this felt a little easier. Either that or we are just in better condition!

5 * 40 yard Forward Pulls @ 215#
5 * 40 yard Backward Pulls @ 215#
6 * 25 yard Sprint Pushes @ 215#

10 minute cool-down
