Alternating Sets
2A: Rope Grip Pull-ups
4 sets * 6 reps @ bodyweight
2B: Kettlebell Snatches
3 sets * 10/10 reps @ 42#
3: Kettlebell Windmills
2 sets * 5/5 @ 42#, 1 set 10/10 @ 25#
5 minute cool-down
